The house consists of 2 separate apartments, each with its own entrance, private bathroom with shower and bidet and private terrace.
The flats have a shared kitchen and cannot be booked individually.

Accommodation description
The original building dates from around 1860 and was a typical farmhouse (animals below, living above).
The property was acquired by the Sterner family in 2003 and completely rebuilt or restored with attention to detail. The two houses are completely separate, so privacy is absolutely guaranteed.
The Casa Maria is completely newly built.
The large swimming pool 12 x 6 meters with steps and the large garden can be used together.
Large grounds approx. 10,000 sqm (completely fenced, fence height 1.70 m).
Several dogs are also welcome.
Dog pond is has approx. 8×5 metres (maximum depth 50 cm).
There are no direct neighbours outside, so privacy and absolute tranquillity are assured.
Cortona is 37 km from the property. WiFi and private parking are available on site free of charge.
Casa Maria has 2 separate bedrooms, the living and dining area is open plan, two flat screen satellite TVs, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a fridge freezer and 1 bathroom each with a bidet. The second unit does not have its own kitchen, but has its own fridge and coffee maker and is accessible via a separate entrance. This ensures absolute privacy.
A grill is available in the villa and each apartment has its own sun terrace.
Assisi is 49 km from Villa Martinozza di Sotto, while Perugia is 35 km away. The nearest airport is Perugia Airport, 43 km from the property.
There are several supermarkets nearby and a beautiful beach promenade with small and large restaurants and other shops.
Hikes directly from the house possible.
Castel Rigione is an insider's tip, with its winding alleyways, small but fine restaurants and just 10 minutes away.
A small supermarket with everyday things is also available.
Lake Trasimeno can be reached by car in 15 minutes. The lake has 3 islands that can also be visited by ferry.
